#100DaysOfBulletJournalIdeas: 41 - Short-term Medication Log Ideas for your Bullet Journal
/Happy Mother's Day to you folks here in the states! I hope yours was lovely.
I recently went to the doctor because I haven't been feeling that well for some time now and I was prescribed some meds to clear it up.
Once I got home, I started putting together a log, similar to others I've put together before when keeping track of short-term medication, when I realized that it might be helpful to share with you in case you're ever in a situation where you or your loved ones are dealing with an illness and need to keep a log of medications to keep track of what you're taking along with the dose and any other notes.
In addition to this log, I would also highly recommend setting an alarm on your phone so that you get reminded to take your medication. Once you're reminded, you can write down notes and process it thoroughly in your Bullet Journal.
Other ways you could keep track are in the form of trackers, journaling entries, or some other way.
Hope this helps, stay healthy!
P.S. If you're new to the Bullet Journal®, I recommend checking out BulletJournal.com, it was invented by Ryder Carroll. Ryder is an awesome human that walks you through how to set up your own Bullet Journal with his handy tutorial video that you can check out at BulletJournal.com!
