#100DaysOfBulletJournalIdeas: 51 - Keeping a Highlights Collection In Your Bullet Journal Can Boost Your Joy

Welcome to Day 51 of my #100DaysofBulletJournalIdeas Project!

Idea 51: Highlights

Highlights

Doing this project is especially hard on those days when I'm feeling sad. Sometimes challenges emerge in life and while you're working through them, it's important to keep the good things in mind as well when you're struggling.

A Gratitude Log has been helpful for me ever since I was a little kid to help me think about the good things in life so I can focus on those good feelings. Another collection I rather enjoy is a Highlights Collection to write down the events that brought me joy. I write down the moments that brought me sincere awe and gratitude. Where a Gratitude Log can be anything and everything, a Highlights Collection is full of those extra spectacular things.

You can make this in the form of a Monthly Collection or as a simple Collection that spans across the lifespan of your Bullet Journal. Having this can be incredible for your morale when you're struggling and feel down about, well, things.

There are all sorts of things that can bring us down, so having things you can rely on to help bring you back up a bit can be a major sanity saver.

P.S. If you're new to the Bullet Journal®, I recommend checking out BulletJournal.com, it was invented by Ryder Carroll. Ryder is an awesome human that walks you through how to set up your own Bullet Journal with his handy tutorial video that you can check out at BulletJournal.com!
